How Much Does a Swimming Pool in Colorado Usually Cost?

The average pool we install is $130k and includes the following:

  • Residential pool with complete equipment package

  • Concrete or Paver pool coping

  • Automatic Safety pool cover

  • LED Pool Lights

  • All Plumbing & Electrical work

  • Permit Application & Fees

  • Maintenance kit & Pool School

Factors that Impact Pool Price:

  • The pool type. We install both gunite and fiberglass pools. Fiberglass is typically more expensive on the front end while saving on the lifetime of the pool compared to gunite because of fiberglass pool durability.

  • Pool size. Both the cost of the pool shell or gunite work is dependent on the size of the pool. More time goes into the work involved in a larger pool as well including excavation and the install itself.

  • Full scope of the project. We love integrating our clients’ pools with patios, spas, and other outdoor living amenities such as outdoor kitchens. These all impact the project cost but add to the functionality and enjoyment of your backyard pool space.
